Refund policy

At Swayam Vastra, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy.

Returns

  • You may return products if they are defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered only.
  • We want you to share a clear picture of the returning order along with the order details to info@swayamvastra.com within 24 hours from the time of delivery. 
  • Ensure the product is unused, in the same condition as received, with the original invoice, and in its original packaging with price tags.
  • We accept returns within 7 business days from the delivery date only.
  • The return will be initiated and charges for the return will be borne by the customer. 
  • Returns will be processed as credit notes, excluding shipping and handling charges.
  • The credit note will be sent to the billing address provided by you.
  • We do not accept returns for specially ordered and customized items, as they are created as per your specific request and approval.

Refunds

  • Refunds are offered for merchandise sold at the maximum retail price, without any discount.
  • Merchandise purchased at a discounted price is considered a final sale and is not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Special cases for refunds include: Order cancellation before dispatch due to unavailability.
  • The refund will be credited to the bank account details provided by you on the order within 7 business days after receiving the return or cancellation. 
  • Refunds for international orders do not cover duties, taxes, and tariffs paid by the customer.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer merchandise exchanges for international orders.
  • In the event that you receive merchandise in poor condition, damaged, defective, or different from your expectations, please contact us at Info@swayamvastra.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Cancellations

  • Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placement by contacting our team.
